What a great wine. For me, this is the answer to a great Burgundy Chardonnay. The minerality and the perfect harmony of this wine make it exceptionally rare. Outstanding from a refined bottle to its content. Once again, a combination of winemaking techniques, soil and grape variety make a wonderful expression of Italian wine.

Tasting
This wine has a straw colour with lovely green highlights. On the nose, it is easy to detect lots of stone and mineral characteristics with the addition of citrus aromas like lemon and grapefruits. The palate is medium body with fresh, crisp acidity and length.
Food pairing
Great pairing with pasta seafood and seafood grilled with lemon and garnished with parsley.
