2019 Garofoli “Kòmaros” Rosato Marche IGT

I am in love with this wine due to its elegant nature on the nose that switches completely on the palate. The delicate Rosato (Rosé) perfumes transfers its intensity in an explosion of rich flavours given by an indigenous grape variety called Montepulciano, a classic of this region. As Italians, we must add that this wine goes amazingly well with  classic regional cuisine like “Vincsigrassi” similar to lasagna.

Coral pink colour with a delicate aroma on the nose, vinous with scents of cherries and white peaches. On the palate the wine is full, velvety and balanced, with a rich structure.
