What I love most about this wine is that it represents what Nebbiolo from Langhe could be: a fresh and easy to drink wine. Today’s trend is moving towards the creation of “Mini-Barolo” in the appellations Langhe Nebbiolo but Cascina Chicco still loves to make a nice juicy style of pure Nebbiolo grape, perfect to drink every day accompanied by nice antipasto or pasta dishes.
- Ruby colour
- Violets and flowers

The colour is red and it has an ethereal, elegant fragrance. There are hints of violet, marasca cherry, and final notes of spice. It’s full, aristocratic, but delicate.
This wine is perfect with roasts, game, and aged cheeses.
