The production of Prosecco in Italy is very large and some producers really succeed in outstanding quality. Col Vetoraz is one of the most prestigious wineries of Valdobbiadene, in particular from the hillside called “Rive”. The motherland of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Docg and Cartizze Superiore Docg unwinds itself between the hills of Valdobbiadene, overlooking the mountains like an immense amphitheatre sheltering the area from the west winds. The geological structure and the deep stratificatio, reminiscing the ancient seas that once occupied the area, make this wine a very gentle one.

Also, it has ZERO dosage (no sugar) and it is extremely fine for the lovers of dry and crisp Proseccos. Perfect pairing with aperitif and seafood dishes.

Col Vetoraz represents one of the most refined wineries for the production of Prosecco. In this version of zero dosage (no sugar), we have the most pure and clear expression of this grape variety and particular territory.

Tasting

Perlage fine and resistant with a creamy mousse. On the nose it displays scents of rose, citrus fruits like acacia, white peach, pear and apple with a velvety, gentle and soft palate but still very refreshing from the acidity.

Food pairing

It is an excellent aperitif wine, perfect to accompany shells and crustaceans.
