Livon is a company that I have included in my wine lists for many years. As an autochthonous lover, I have always loved this Refosco because it is complex and evident flavours and aromas. Also, I think it is even more exciting to find a 100% Refosco with years of aging.

Tasting
Its colour is garnet red with violet reflections. On the nose, it is intense and emphasizes blackberries and soft fruits of the forest. On the palate, it has a tasty pleasant tannic, full-bodied, with a long finish. This wine is perfect with roasts, game, and aged cheeses.
Food pairing
Best with grilled meats, cold-cuts, mature cheeses, game.
