This Chardonnay is very popular in Australia for its characteristics being similar to a classic lean Old World wine but with a touch of full-bodied New World style.

This wine shows perfectly the classic Chardonnay colour and aromas of green apples, ripe stone fruits and spices. The palate is well structured with a great body, acidity and length.

In Italy, many foreign grape varieties have found the perfect Terroir expression: the complex balance between microclimate, soil and human factors. This Chardonnay from Abruzzo clearly portrays this amazing combination. Great structure of the classic Old World style Chardonnay but enriched with New World elements.

This Chardonnay shows an intense yellow colour, typical of rich white wines. On the nose its ripened fruit aromas are not immediately detectable. The vanilla and wood notes, gained from the long refinement, widen and enrich the bouquet of flavour even more. On the mouth, Marina Cvetic Chardonnay is dry and round, it shows toasted and mature flavours with a long and persistent finish.

Food pairing

Thanks to its structure, Marina Cvetic Chardonnay is a very versatile wine but it pairs very well particularly with rich dishes. Excellent with seafood, mushrooms or white meat dishes and with blue and long-aged cheeses.
