Bored with the same sparkling wine variety? It’s time to go Italian!

These new styles of sparkling wines are made in the hills of the Lago d’Iseo in Lombardia or from the chilly winter of Caluso in Piedmont. The perfect expression of two different areas and grape varieties but with a great ambition: to bring refined bubbles to your table or party! Champagne is a very well-known region, but how exciting is it to try a rare appellation from Italy?

“Mille Bolle Blu” is a famous Italian party song that always inspired happiness when played. Now, we found a way to infuse this feeling to your pack. We are certain it will bring a bit of spark to our routine.

Tasting

Fine and persistent bubbles sustain a bright-white ethereal mousse. Fruity, with characteristic bread-crust aroma and rich with floral sensations. Full, harmonious, fresh, with good acidity but not sharp. Excellent aftertaste, slightly aromatic, with the right persistence. Perfect as an aperitif, excellent with an entire meal, especially with fish, white meat and vegetables dishes.

Food pairing

Perfect as an aperitif, but also excellent through the entire meal, especially with fish, white meats and vegetables.
