Fantastic with fried and roasted seafood, fried meats, vegetables and olives alla marchigiana.

I love the smoky minerality in this Italian white wine made from the Falanghina grape variety. The vines are planted in volcanic soil and emit pleasant aromas of white peaches and lemons. It’s a great pair with shellfish dishes.

When I tasted Podium by Garofoli for the first time, I confirmed my theory about the longevity of this grape variety. And also the extraordinary potential of Verdicchio with its innate finesse and balance between body and freshness.

The fruity notes of the bouquet are reprised in the continuing evolving flavour.

The wine is a perfect accompaniment for imposing and elaborate seafood dishes and preparations of poultry of all types garnished with herbs.

If you appreciate Pinot Grigio, it will be very easy to fall in love with this label. A simple but delightful version of Pinot Grigio from the Dolomites area. The winery has undoubtedly managed to capture the gentle soul of the grape which expresses fresh notes of orchard fruit and an absolute freshness in the mouth.

Great bottle and unique variety. Trentino Alto Adige is one of the best white wines from Italy. White spring blossom, ripe apple and bread crust aromas to the elegant, medium-bodied palate along with Bartlett pear and a hint of peach. Fresh acidity brightens the rich flavours. The differences of temperatures between day and night really helps to develop acidity and complexity.

This variety has been cultivated in South Tyrol for over a Century and has become a reference point for our wines. Its aromatic complexity develops flavours of apple, peach, apricot and pear. High acidity and minerality. The considerable temperature difference between day and night provides this Weissburgunder (Pinot Bianco) with a unique character.

Food pairing

Great as an aperitif. Perfect pairing with seafood, delicate meats and light risottos.

Great straw colour with lovely perfumes of candy citrus and apricot that slowly “opens up” while getting warmer. The palate is fresh and creamy with a refreshing acidity. Perfect as an aperitif.
