Tasting
Wonderful wine with a slightly brick hue, fragrant and rich on the nose with a gorgeous aromatic level. It comes with the purity of fruits such as wild cherries and blackberry mixed with spices and a sweet earthy bouquet. The palate is well balanced by high acidity and tannins, incredible length and an alcoholic warm feeling as an aftertaste.
Food pairing
It pairs well with suckling pig, roasted vegetables and mushroom risotto.
