Primitivo di Manduria now is extremely well known for its powerful fruity profile and the rich structure on the palate. I do personally love this wine because there is an addition of acidity and complexity that helps this wine to be harmonious without being boring. It is a wine that definitely lends itself to a “meditation moment” (in the wine world meditation refers to a moment we enjoy a glass of wine on its own, without food).
